Special Conditions

During July and August, rentals are for a minimum of one week, checking in on Sunday afternoon and departing on the following Sunday morning.

We are unable to arrange for short notice stays.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Hyde Mountain and Eagle River golf courses are minutes away. Many other golf courses within one hour's drive.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The closest skiing is in Vernon at Silverstar (1 hr). There is excellent snowmobiling right in Sicamous.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to downtown Sicamous where there are grocery stores, pubs, liquor stores, restaurants etc.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The unit is on a grass lawn which then drops to a sandy beach. Unit has its own private boat slip. There are numerous beach toys for the kids to use.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Security Deposit is due with balance (30 days) and is fully refundable if there is a cancellation.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
