Arrival Day
Between June 1 and September 31 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Saturday to Saturday bookings only, during Summer months. Sleeping accomodations can be expanded from six to eight by using the two twin sized "byo" inflatable cots found in the closet with electric pump. There is not a lot of room for them and at least the one in the living room would probably be taken up each day.

The view from this unit is fabulous. It looks down upon the narrows, the channel between Shuswap lake and Mara lake, and out to the Shuswap. Most of the houseboats of Shuswap are based on the channel and the marine activity during the Summer is absolutely fascinating.

• Kelowna Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The Kelowna airport is about one and a half hours from Sicamous.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. The challenging 18 hole, par 72, Hyde Mountain Golf Course is just across the channel, overlooking Mara Lake. Eighteen hole Eagle River Golf Course is also in Sicamous and just minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are four excellent ski resorts near Vernon, Kamloops, and Kelowna. Sicamous also boasts of 4 spectacular snowmobiling areas with hundreds of kilometers of groomed and ungroomed trails.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Moose Mulligan restaurant and lounge {and liquor store} is right next door. All other shopping, including Askew's supermarket, is less than a 10 minute walk.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. The condo unit is about 100 feet from the docks. The Sicamous park is a short walk from here and provides excellent swimming, a large, well equipped children's playground, waterpark and barbeques.
• Nearby Attractions: SNOWMOBILING !!!: Sicamous provides hundreds of kilometers of spectacular groomed and ungroomed sledding trails.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. You will receive an 80% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
