The deck overlooks the pool, hot tub, and main courtyard as well as the narrows between Mara lake and Shuswap lake. Sit on the patio and watch the houseboats go by.

Distances
• Kelowna airport is only an hour and half away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Great golfing is only minutes away. Hyde mountain is just across the water. Get there in minutes by car or dock your boat at their private boat dock. There are several other courses all within a short drive from the condo.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is excellent skiing in Kamloops, Kelowna, and Vernon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Moose Mulligan's restaurant and bar is next door to the condo. There are several other restaurants and shops all within a 10 minute walk.
• There is a dock. The condo is lakefront just steps from your own private boat slip. There is a public beach and playground a short walk away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
