200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 100.00 cleaning fee may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
