White Pines Resort condo located on beautiful Mara Lake! Sandy beach, swimming area with slide, and boat slip marina in the resort all nestled on Mara Lake with access to Shuswap Lake. Over 1000 miles of shoreline to explore surrounding pristine, warm, crystal clear fresh water lakes. Our condo is a townhouse style with both the upper and lower levels fully developed making lots of room for your family and guests. Air conditioned, barbeque, deck with patio furniture, free-standing bar, upgraded laminate flooring, cable TV, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Between June 30 and September 1 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Rentals must be made in 7 night blocks during July & August arriving on a Saturday afternoon and checking out the following Saturday morning.

Boat slip can be arranged for approx. $100/week (exact amount to be discussed with owner during the grace period provided)

There is room for 45 boats. White Pines resort has it's own private beach with slide. The swimming area is roped off and shallow for families to enjoy. The boat slip/marina is adjacent to the swimming area and has room for 48 boats. These slips are privately owned by the condo owners. A boat slip can be arranged for an additional fee if required.     • Nearby Attractions: Mara and Shuswap Lakes offer lots of water sport activities with rental boats/equipment in Sicamous. Hyde Mountain Golf Course is an 18 hole championship course and is approximately a 5 minute drive by boat or 10 minute drive by vehicle. There is also a 9 hole golf course nearby called Eagle River.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
