There is a beach within 5 minutes driving distance with a public boat launch and playground. Houseboating and ski boat rentals available on both lakes. World class golf! Ten minute drive to the Enchanted Forest - a personal favorite!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
Cleaning fee of $150.00.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
