    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom furniture includes a queen size bed with headboard, Sealy Pillow top mattress and box spring, dresser, mirror and two night stands. As well, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en suite.

    1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom includes a night table.
    Living Room
    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The living room includes an all-leather sofa bed, love seat and chair. As well, there is a coffee table, two end tables and a Plasma TV.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
