Located on Roberts Bay in beautiful Sidney, BC (20 km, 12 miles north of Victoria). Roberts Bay is home to a multitude of seabirds and is one of Victoria, BC's oldest migratory bird sanctuaries. Gated beach access, a large yard and comfortable home, there is ample room to entertain and explore inside and out.

This fully furnished vacation rental home is perfect for families traveling together, snowbirds and bird lovers! There is a full two bedroom suite upstairs and a two bedroom suite on the lower garden level. Rent the entire house as a package or the suites separately.

    There is a Desk in main living room with internet access for office away from home. House can be rented as individual suites in low season - refer to Owner Direct ID78633 (4 people max) and 78634 (6 people max).     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Payment is acceptable in equivalent US dollars.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
