Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Payment is acceptable in equivalent US dollars.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
