Views of the typical Sienese countryside and in the distance of Siena itself and the Amiata mountain range. At the guests disposal are private and equipped outside areas with shared barbecue. Simple-style furniture but complete and pleasant. Continuous hot water production. You can rent the apartment together with the name CASUCCIO 3. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: (55 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed and fireplace, kitchenette, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. (40 m2) Gr. fl.: living quarters/dining room/kitchen corner (oven) with single divan bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: approx. 9 km from Siena (all kinds of shops, tennis courts, swimming pool).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
