Extensive and pretty view of the countryside. Very peaceful position. The attentive restoration has left the characteristics of typical Tuscan houses unaltered. Garden, equipped lawn and pergola are of exclusive use of the guests, in a private position set inside a property that extends on for 29 hectares. The owner lives in the nearby farmhouse. On request it is possible to have lunches and dinners with local dishes. Olive oil and wine produced on the farm can be purchased. Portable air conditioner upon payment, mountain-bikes. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
