Shared: well tended garden set within the property with equipped swimming-pool (8x15) (8/5-30/9) with toilets, shower and barbecue. Each apartment has satellite TV. Reasonably comfortable and tasteful style furniture with some period pieces. Parking. Baby-beds availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 5 km from the historical centre of Siena. Within a 3 km radius are various shops.
ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) Gr. fl.: large living/dining room with single divan bed, kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower, store-room (washing machine). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Private and equipped outdoor area.
LOCATION: 5 km from the historical centre of Siena. Within a 3 km radius are various shops.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
