Apartment (100 m2) in the historic centre of Siena between the famous Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral, with a panoramic view of the San Domenico basilica. Private traffic is not allowed in the area. The car park is 300 m away and can be reached by a lift. DISTANCES: Given that the dimensions of historical Siena are small, it is easy to find all of the cities monuments and museums.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV), kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine,dryer), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. Wall safe. An additional 5th sleeping space is available to be paid for on the spot (80 Euro/week) to be requested when booking. Possibility of domestic help and a cook. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
