Ancient Tuscan farmhouse situated in a splendid panoramic position on the border between the Chianti Classico area and the hills of Siena, immersed within the hilly landscape covered in vineyards and olive-tree groves just outside of the historic centre of Siena. The farmhouse has been divided into two completely independent portions: one for the guests and one where the owner lives. Available to the guests: spacious outdoor areas, large terrace also equipped for outdoor dining in a panoramic position, large garden where you will find the swimming pool (6x12) (2/5 - 30/9) with jacuzzi and counter current swimming (occasionally used by the owner). 1.5 km of unpaved road (wide) and in excellent condition. Parking. Internet access. It is possible to have breakfast (5 Euro/person). DISTANCES: 5 km Pianola, 7 km Siena, 15 km Castelnuovo Berardenga, 15 km Rapolano Terme, 20 km Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large dining room small living room area (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer), WC (washing machine). 1st fl.: 6 double bedrooms (3 of which the beds can be separated) with bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms have mosquito window screens. Wireless Internet access. On request: breakfast with typical home-made products, lunches and dinners characterised by local dishes and wines; it is possible to rent mountain bikes, hybrid-bikes and mini-mountain bikes; it is possible to have bike tours organized (with guide) of the Chianti, Montaigne and Pienza, with lunch and/or wine tasting. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
