Characteristic apartments in an ancient farm-house that dates back to the 10th century and which has recently been restored. It is situated along the Via Francigena , in the heart of an agricultural farm estate. The house, surrounded by woods and vineyards, benfits from a peaceful location with a magnificient view of the Medieval fortress of Monteriggioni and the Chianti hills. Equipped garden and swimming pool (10x5) (15/4-15/10) both of which are shared. Barbecue and wood burning oven. The owners live on site and can speak English, French and Spanish. DISTANCES: 4 km from Castellina Scalo (supermarket, banks), 10 km Siena. Approx. half an hour by car from many of the most famous cities in Tuscany: San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence.

LOCATION: 4 km from Castellina Scalo (supermarket, banks), 10 km Siena. Approx. half an hour by car from many of the most famous cities in Tuscany: San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
