Small Medieval hamlet that has been recently restored and is set in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Vineyards and woods all around. Peaceful and relaxing position. The hamlet is made up of four pretty farmhouses and a small church that have kept intact their original architectural style. The five apartments on offer are situated within two of the farmhouses near to the church and in a separate area in relation to the other houses which are on the opposite side. Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area. Shared: swimming pool (12x6) . Shared washing machine in an outside building. The furniture is both comfortable and tasteful. You can hire 3 bikes. 2 cots available. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 15 km Siena, 5 km Brolio castle, 16 km Radda and just a few kilometres from the prestigious Chianti Classico wine producing estates.
ACCOMMODATION: (approx. 70 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchenette (no hot water), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
