Guests can make use of a small room on the gr. fl., next to the outside staircase that leads up to the apartment as well as the equipped courtyard and the lawn adjoining the house where there is a swimming-pool (6x12). Private and equipped outdoor area. Ideal for walks in the surrounding grounds where there is a small horse stable complete with horses. Parking. DISTANCES: 500 m from the old city walls of Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: dining room with kitchen corner (microwave, small fridge, dishwasher), study with 1 single bed, living room (TV) with divan bed, study with small terrace that faces the front garden, 1 double bedroom (1.20 m wide bed) with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). Iron available. Furnished with period pieces. Central heating. Baby-beds available (Euro 15/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
