Small cottage (45 m2) completely independent and transformed into a cosy accommodation at the edge of a small residential hamlet in the immediate periphery of Siena (4 km). Peace and quiet. Views of the countryside. Equipped and well-kept private garden (160 m2) with swimming pool (10x5.5) (1/6-30/9, open from 8a.m. to 8p.m.) with jacuzzi shared with the owner, wood burning stove and barbecue. DISTANCES: 500 m grocery shops, in a radius of 3 km are all kinds of shops.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen corner (dishwasher) and single divan bed. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom (TV, air conditioning) with bathroom with shower (average height 1.90 m). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 500 m grocery shops, in a radius of 3 km are all kinds of shops.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
