Farmhouse complex that has been completely restored and is situated in the green Tuscan hills rich in woodlands. The position of the comlex allows you to pass a holiday in complete relaxation while at the same time it also allows you to easily reach the most important tourist sights of Tuscany. Broad and pretty views of the woods that surround the 6-ha property. Peaceful position. In the restoration work typical materials were used: chestnut beams, dry brick flooring and stones on the external walls. The complex is surrounded by spacious equipped outdoor areas (10,000 m2) and three swimming pools: the large one (10x20) with changing rooms and WC, the counter-current swimming pool (6x8) and the jacuzzi pool (50 m2). Each apartment has its own private equipped outdoor area. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
