On arrival you will be welcomed with a bottle of olive oil, wine, and local products such as “Cantuccini buiscuits”. GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with kitchen, a dining-area, and a comfortable double sofa-bed. Going up three steps: 1 double bedroom, 1 room with comfortable double sofa-bed, 1 bathroom with shower. All of the rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR: small studio, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Large private outdoor areas with veranda furnished for dining outside. The garden and the pool are shared with the guests of the two other apartments.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
