The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs, stove, washbasin, American coffee machine, espresso coffee, complete set of saucepans, cooker, hob.
1 Double Bed. Located upstairs.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Comfortable bed in the living/kitchen.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
Beautiful panorama over the woods that cover the nearby hill.
The garden and the pool are shared with the guests of two other apartments. The private ground floor entrance, up a few steps from the drive, leads into the kitchen/living room with table and chairs and satellite television.
Off this on either side are the two bedrooms and en suite shower rooms.
Medieval fortress of Monteriggioni is only 10 minutes away, with its well preserved walls dating back to 1213 and more than 500 meters long, 20 meters high surrounded by 14 towers to square base.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.

Balance has to be paid on arrival by CASH. Cancellation Fees -30% from the date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 30 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 29 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
