Located on the 800 hectar property of the Wine Estate known as Castelnuovo Tancredi,and is composed of two separate farmhouses each with a apartment of 4 bedrooms, therefore accomodating up to 8 persons each; the other ID number is 74721. The other unit at the Hamlet is unit ID 74905, a large 5 bedroom stone farmhouse just a few minutes away but always on the property, is also available for short and longterm rentals.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
