Wonderful views of the surrounding Crete Siennese, or rolling crete hills which make this particular area in the vicinity of Siena so famous. One's view includes vineyards, wheat fields, small handmade lakes, and unforgettable sunsets.
Please note that we are not a Bed and Breakfast operation. We can rent out units for a minimum of 3 nights however, we do prefer minimum of one week rentals.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
