There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. By making reservation, you agree that we pre-authorize $1000 charge on security/damage deposit. There are NO SHOES,BOOTS AND SKIS allowed inside the cabin. No pets ! No smoking!

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due 60 days prior to arrival. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 180+ days prior to arrival, a future credit of 50% will apply. Cancellation between 90 and 179 days prior to arrival, a future credit of 30% will apply. Cancellation 60 to 89 days prior to arrival, a future credit of 15% will apply.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.
