This tastefully decorated condo sleeps 7 people, features: Ski in/ Ski out, short walk to the village, 2 bedroom, 2 TV/DVDs, satellite TV, stereo, queen bed, bunk bed combo(double bottom/single upper) and double sofa bed, secure ski locker, well-equipped kitchen, shared outdoor hot tub, short walk to Tube town, or ice skating, top of the Nordic trails for Cross country skiing. |

Location
Great kitchen with everything you need for a hearty holiday meal. New dishes/cutlery, wine glasses, and coffee grinder. Plastic glasses provided to take your beverage to the hot tub.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom with quality mattress, comfortable bedding and jumbo pillows. The large window faces south and brings in plenty of natural light. A double closet gives plenty of space to store your clothing. Both of the solid wood end dressers have lamps for night reading. Double sliding doors can be opened to the main living room to enlarge your space, or access the room from the hallway door.
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Jumbo pillows and comfortable bedding provided, plus extra blankets. A single closet and large dresser for storing your clothing. A bookcase contains complimentary books and games. Let the kids watch their TV/DVD while in their own bedroom. Individual thermostat for this room.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Sleep beside the warmth of the fire and view of the ski run! New bedding to snuggle under while you watch the snow come down.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Direct view of Silver Queen chair lift/run and treeline. Southern exposure brings warm light into the condo's living room and master bedroom.

Distances
• Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. An easy drive from the airport, approximately half of the drive is on Hwy 97 travelling through Vernon, then turn right on Silver Star Rd. Enjoy the scenic drive for 20 Kms, then watch on your right for the Creekside development. Turn in and follow the road to the end. Wildwood is the last building in the complex, closest to the ski runs. Park at the far end of the building, to be the closest to the stairs. Take the stairs down (on the ski run side of the building) and we are in the center.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Step out the door, put your gear on, and ski to the lift. A true ski in/ski out experience. Any closer to the run and you'd be staff! • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). An easy stroll to the village for shopping/ dining or a great coffee with your dessert. There are several restaurants, an Internet cafe, deli and grocery store, movie rentals, pubs, wine bars, ski service and rentals Purchase of lift tickets and trail maps are at the village center. During the ski season a complimentary Resort Shuttle goes to the main village every 20 minutes. • Nearby Attractions: Centrally located - at the base of Silver Queen chair lift, beside Tube town, ice skating at the top or the Nordic cross country ski trails. Great mountain biking is available during the summer and fall season. Several beautiful swimming/ water-skiing lakes are within a half hour or less drive.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union Personal cheques must be domestic and received for deposit 45 days in advance of reservation date. A parking pass is provided. There is a $25.00 charge on parking passes which go home with our guests, sorry but it's the cost charged to us for replacement. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
