Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room has a queen bed. The view from this room is of the Tube Town area. There is a full length mirror, chest of drawers and a double closet.

Alcove

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). There is a bunk bed in this room. The double is on the bottom and a single on top. A chest of drawers and a single closet also in the room. There is a curtain to separate the alcove from the rest of the condo.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The hide-abed is located in the TV area. Fall asleep watching your favorite movie.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

This beautiful view is of the old location of the Silver Queen. You can see Tube Town too! You can sit out on the deck as watch the view of the sun as it sets.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Silver Star in a short 22 km (12 miles) drive northeast of Vernon in British Columbia, making it easily accessible. You can fly into Kelowna's International Airport and take a quick shuttle. Many of the major airlines have daily direct flights from many major cities so you have plenty of traveling options. Connect with Highway 97 to Vernon and follow 48th Avenue to Silver Star Road and follow for 22 km (12 miles). Silver Star Road leads you directly to the resort. Creekside Condos are located on your right hand side just as you begin to enter the resort. Look for the sign.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Silver Queen Chair is located just at the bottom of the Creekside Complex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The charming, Victorian inspired village offers convenient ski-in, ski-out access to Silver Star’s boutique retail shops, restaurants and cafés. It is also a few minutes walk from tube town, and the the skating pond.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
