We do not allow any pets or smoking in the unit. There must be a minimum of one adult 24 yrs old more.

Location
The kitchen is fully stocked for any person to cook a complete meal, from turkey roasters, muffins, cookies and other main dishes. There are multiple serving bowls, pitchers, ice cube trays, etc.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master suite has a beautiful view of the mountain. Private ensuite and sliding doors with a balcony view down to the living room. Beautifully appointed.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This fun room has a view down the valley and across to the Silver Queen chairlift.
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This bunk room is great for kids. With a slight view across to Silver Queen chairlift, custom bunks fill the room, able to house 5 people. Dresser drawers, closet and storage under the suspending bunks.
Bedroom
1 Queen or 2 Singles Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This room doubles as a small TV room and/or a bedroom. There are hooks on the wall, comfy seating and a chest of drawers. Sleeping is on a futon bed with linens available.
Loft
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The loft opens to the living area below. Linens are available for the futon bed. Great extra spot for a teen or child.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
View
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin. Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, hair dryer and one basin.
This unit has views from every room, either down the valley (territorial), of the Silver Queen chairlift, Tube Town and up the mountain from the kitchen, living/dining room, loft and master bedroom.

Just put on your skis or boards and go. In summer, just hop on your bike to ride. The village is a short 5 min. walk. Also, short walk across road to Tube Town and Brewer's Pond for more activities. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing as well as snowmobiling, sleigh rides. Summer, 2 lakes 15 minute drive away (Lake Okanagan and Kalamalka Lake). Predator Ridge, world-renowned golfing, only 20 minute drive as well. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card If you cancel less than 30 days, you will forfeit the booking charge unless the unit is re-rented. Refund will be given at the re-rented price given to a new client. You can expect the refund within 14+ days. The refund will be either check or credit card refund, depending upon the payment method. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
