This large suite offers fun and comfy accommodations for 1-6 people. Located at the base of Alpine Meadows chairlift and next to the ski bridge, this 1 bedroom unit is a great bargain. Hot tub on the deck has great territorial views and a view of the Silver Queen chairlift. There is a ski room to store all your gear. This suite offers a fully stocked kitchen for cooking all of your meals, as well. Great set up for families with children.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The living room has a queen size futon for two people to sleep on. Beautiful territorial views down the mountain as well as of Silver Queen chairlift.

1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). The open living area has a cubby area with a bunk bed for the kids. Privacy curtain can be pulled across the bunk area.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

This unit has a view down the valley (territorial) and of the Silver Queen chairlift, Tube Town.

The village is a short 5 min. walk. Also, short walk across road to Tube Town and Brewer's Pond for more activities. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing as well as snowmobiling, sleigh rides. Summer, 2 lakes 15 minute drive away (Lake Okanagan and Kalamalka Lake). Predator Ridge, world-renowned golfing, only 20 minute drive as well.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card
If you cancel less than 30 days, you will forfeit the booking charge unless the unit is re-rented. Refund will be given at the re-rented price given to a new client. You can expect the refund within 14+ days. The refund will be either check or credit card refund, depending upon the payment method.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
