Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
