Kelowna is about 40 minutes away and has additional recreational activities by the lakes for the summer. You can visit lake Kalamalka and Lake Okanagan amongst others.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Email Money Transfer
A Visa credit card authorization will be taken via phone for the security/damage deposit [applied against any damage incurred]. If reservation is after 45 days, full payment is required at booking.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
