All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
