Gorgeous Spacious Private Unit at Silver Star Mountain
Fabulous ski in/out! Top of Silver Woods chair. Biggest lower unit ever built on the Knoll, over 1700 sq ft, 3 BR's 3 baths, private hot tub. Entire place beautifully appointed, artwork from all over the world. Very quiet location, no snow plows or late night noise. Child friendly back yard, far from the road, sloping, fun to make jumps. State of the art kitchen, granite and stainless, convection oven, attractive dish ware, gas barbq. Open slate entrance and boot up area, lots of equipment/clothing space, outside lock-up, easy parking. In floor heating under slate in bathrooms. Lovely!

The bus is about a 1 minute walk from the property.

The shops and restaurants (including Bugaboos, Bulldog Hotel, Long Johns' Pub and the Den) are a 10 minute walk from the property.
Activities
Bike Trails and lifts (off season), All water sports, 30 min and Fishing, 60 min are a 3 minute walk away.
Golf Courses
There are 6 courses within a walking or driving distance. Predator Ridge, The Rise, Spallumcheen and Vernon G&CC are a 45 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The nearest ski lifts are a 1 minute walk from the property.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a lake. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 30 minute drive/taxi from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is a public dock for 1 boat(s). Room for 1 boat in driveway, public dock and ramps about 30 min from unit.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Personal cheque is easiest. Charges apply to wiring.
Payment Methods:
Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is only available during the ski season (i.e. when the lifts are operating). The hot tub can be activated in the off-season for a one-time charge of $150. If clean out is required due to guest mis-use, $75 refill charge applies.
