Gorgeous Spacious Private Unit at Silver Star Mountain

Fabulous ski in/out! Top of Silver Woods chair. Biggest lower unit ever built on the Knoll, over 1700 sq ft, 3 BR's 3 baths, private hot tub. Entire place beautifully appointed, artwork from all over the world. Very quiet location, no snow plows or late night noise. Child friendly back yard, far from the road, sloping, fun to make jumps. State of the art kitchen, granite and stainless, convection oven, attractive dish ware, gas barbq. Open slate entrance and boot up area, lots of equipment/clothing space, outside lock-up, easy parking. In floor heating under slate in bathrooms. Lovely!

• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Resort shuttle comes right down our street on a schedule. Connects with a resort bus carries passengers to town, Vernon. Airport shuttle or taxi can come to the door.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Sk out the back yard to the ski-way and onto either the Comet Express or Silver Woods chairlifts.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Walk to the village in under 10 minutes, small shop with liquor and fresh food avail, plenty of dining options.
• Nearby Attractions: Indoor climbing wall, movie nights, fireworks on Friday nights and holidays, skating rink, Tube Town (tubing) all minutes away walking
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Personal cheque is easiest. Charges apply to wiring.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
