The apartment is situated at the Summit Chairlift, making for easy first-tracks either downhill, up to the summit & backside, onto X-country trails, or the beginner's area - Perfectly positioned for skiing/boarding/biking/hiking, year-round. Less than 50m walk is the Ticket Booth, Restaurants, Shops, Town Hall & a ski rental outlet.

Stay in the heart of the festival in our hotel suite, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment. ** 2009 SUMMER MOUNTAIN BIKING ** Silver Star Bike Park is open from 25 June to 07 Sep, and 12 & 13 Sep, 2009, from 10am to 5pm. On Wednesdays, ride until 7.30pm. Summer season passes now on sale. 1-Day lift tickets $38CDN per adult. 2-Day lift tickets $68CDN per adult. Biking is available via the Comet Chair. Equipment rental from $32 (2hrs), $50 (per day). ** 2009 SUMMER HIKING & WALKING ** Summer Hiking/Walking trails are open from 25 June to 07 Sep. Access via the Comet Chair (10min walk downhill from the village) Daily from 10am to 5pm, or the Summit Chair (in the village) from 12noon to 4pm, Fri through Sun. Single rides $12 per adult. Season pass $89.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
** WINTER ** Non-refundable Deposit of One-Night accommodation required at time of booking. Cancellation fee of One-Night accommodation or $200 cancellation fee - whichever is greater - is retained, when cancellations occur outside 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, and after full payment has been made, are non-refundable, unless the accommodation is re-rented. The minimum cancellation fee of One-Night accommodation or min $200 CDN still applies. All other cancellation and payment terms can be discussed with the owner.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
