All rental rates include reasonable use of utilities and refuse/re-cycling removal. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive use of these services. All rentals are subject to our standard terms and conditions and the hotel keepers act.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 14 or more days prior to arrival, pymts(less 15) refunded. Less days if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash
Amex is subject to an additional 3% surcharge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
