The kitchen in this condo is fully equipped to suit any chef's needs. It comes with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and glassware, as well as a blender, for your favourite cocktails. Large plastic glasses are provided for the hot tub.
Bed Summary
Studio
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed and 1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed. The murphy bed is exceptionally comfortable, and with a quick folding in of the sheets and comforter, becomes a wall cabinet, when closed. The sofabed/hide-a-bed has a high quality mattress, and although the comforter and pillows must be stored when closing it up, it is also easily converted for sleeping or lounging around.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
The main view from the front windows is to the south, with lots of sun light. The unit overlooks the Silver Queen Chair lift and run, Tubetown, and the Skating pond, which are all so close, and yet just far enough removed to maintain your personal peace and quiet. To the top of the hill you can see the Knoll where some of the most charming Victorian homes are situated. This area makes for a nice stroll after dinner.

More Information
Two sets of towels per person and one set of bed linens are supplied weekly. This ground floor unit has 9 foot ceilings and was totally re-decorated in 2002, and is located just in front of the Silver Queen Chair Lift, which has night skiing along with other main lifts. Tubetown, skating, snowmobile and cross country trails are right out the front door. The lovely Victorian village, with everything you could need, is only a few minutes away. Absolute quiet and consideration for other owners and guests is imperative day and night, especially between 11PM and 8AM. Robes & woolen slippers are provided for each guest. A portable phone, local calls only. Deck with sunny exposure.

Distances
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are approximately 38 world class golf courses in the area, for those who want to enjoy Silver Star in the summer months. We are currently updating information on these courses and will include them in our Information Package located in the unit. There are also wine tours, boating and rentals, on Lake Kalamalka or Okanagan, and mountain hiking and biking tours, with rentals available, in the village at the main lift.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski in or out on the convenient access trail next to the complex, and only a few doors away, and use the Silver Queen chair lift to access the ski outs to the main chair lifts.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the village center, with several fine restaurants, shopping, Internet cafe, deli and grocery store, movie rentals, pubs, wine bars, ski servicing, and a realtor's office, is minutes away. Lift tickets and trail maps can be purchased here as well. There really is no requirement to drive anywhere in the village once you have arrived and are settled in.
• If you have a car the town of Vernon is only a 20 minute drive away, and beaches and lakes are very nearby. Small lakes scatter the area, as well there are lovely beaches near Vernon and Kelowna. The lakes are freshwater, and some boating equipment rentals are available in summer.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payment by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
