It's a short walk to the Silver Queen chairlift, tube town, skating pond and the snowmobile rentals. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook at home or take a short walk to the Village for a night out. Summer is becoming more popular with the expansion of the mountain bike park. You are still only 30 minutes away from the Okanagan beaches where you can spend a hot summer day in the sun and water and return to the cooler mountain weather. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are approximately 38 world class golf courses in the area. The nearest golf courses are in Vernon, approximately 30 minutes drive. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The ski hill is less than 2 minutes from the unit. It is rated as a ski in and ski out townhouse. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is a 5 minute walk to the village shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie rentals, NAFT Climbing Wall. • 25 minute drive to Kalamalka Lake or Okanagan Lake. Both lakes are great to swim in, a nice way to cool down on those hot summer days. Water skiing, sailing and wind surfing are also very popular, no need to wear a wet suit, the water is just right.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
