Distances

Kelowna airport is approximately 45 minutes from the house.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses in Vernon and Kelowna.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Mid Town T-bar is 200 feet from the back door which provides immediate access to the mountain and town.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The small mountain village of Silver Star is within a 5 minute walk. The larger, metropolitian area of Vernon (which has major shopping malls, food stores and other amenities) is 30 minutes down the mountain.
There are several lakes in Vernon/Kelowna area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel within 30 days of scheduled dates, the entire balance is non-refundable unless owner re-rents the unit. In the case it's re-rented, rent is returned, less 1 night's rent.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
