1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large room on main floor with 3 piece ensuite. It has a chair with a light behind it. There are also 2 night side tables with lamps.

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single/Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Single/Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This large room has a dresser in it and a night side table.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This is the second master bedroom on the second floor. It has a two piece ensuite, a dresser and sitting chair, along with 2 night side tables with lamps.

View of Monashee mountains from very large sundeck. Located 100 feet from the high-speed quad Silver Woods Express. Views from upper floor of Ski hill and Monashee mountains. Each side view is a home. All homes in the area are decorated in the gaslight/Victorian theme which adds to the beauty of the area.

Large Family room/living room adjacent to dining room to accommodate large groups. Bedrooms are large and well planned for skiers and equipment. Reading area is very comfortable and away from main living area.

• Kelowna Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Closest International airport is Kelowna, B.C. It has direct flights from Seattle plus many connecting flights from other American, Canadian, Asian, Australian and European cities. From the Kelowna airport, there is a very good van service which goes directly from the Kelowna airport to the lodge (if requested) on Silver Star Mtn. Let us know what your needs are and perhaps we can further advise.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. You can take the city bus down to Vernon from the Silver Star village. Vernon is roughly 30 minutes away by bus.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. True Ski in and out. The lodge is located 100 feet from the brand new Silver Woods Express high-speed quad lift. Silver Star village is about a 5 minute walk. The ticket booth is at the bottom of ski run that is directly below the home. The village has a large selection of restaurants, shops, and services, (liquor store, ATM, groceries and internet cafe).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). Full services are available in Vernon, about 25 minute drive. Services available in the Silver Star village are within a 5 minute walk. Transit buses are available to go into the city and back.
• It is roughly a 30 minute drive to beautiful Kalamalka Lake and Okanagan Lake.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
A rate of $50/day will be charged on your credit card for every extra person (above 14 people) unless you discuss it with the owner first. There is a 7% discount for stays greater than 7 nights

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
