The suite is situated on the Knoll which is the residential area of Silver Star Mountain. It has a western exposure for those fabulous sunsets and 2 entrances which access the parking area as well as the ski in/out cross country trails.

Wireless high speed internet is available in the suite with fax and printer access in the main house. Portable telephone with voice mail messaging. Long stay guests will be met at the airport and transported to their mountain vacation home. A beautiful one hour drive from the Kelowna airport. A free shopping service is provided for your initial grocery order. A car is not necessary at Silver Star as everything is within walking distance. Groceries may be ordered and delivered by a local Vernon grocery store.

• The Kelowna Airport is a one hour drive from Silver Star Mountain, along beautiful Kalamalka Lake. Long stay guests will be met at the airport and transported to their vacation home. A regular shuttle service is also available from the Kelowna Airport as well as car rentals.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are more than 40 golf courses in the Okanagan Valley to satisfy the golf enthusiast. Vernon hosts 7 golf courses and driving ranges.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This 2 bedroom vacation home is situated 40' from the cross country ski trails with access to the top of the Silver Queen lift. A 3 minute ski or walk to the lift.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Silver Star Village offers a variety of dining experiences within a 10 minute walk. The free Silver Star shuttle bus services the Knoll area for those who prefer to ride to the village for shopping, skiing, or dining.
• There are 3 lakes situated in Vernon which is about a 20 minute drive. Kalamalka Lake, Okanagan Lake, and Swan Lake each provide the opportunity for various water activities from laying on the beach to rowing, sailing, paddling, fishing, kayaking, and power boating.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellations 60 days prior to the reservation will be eligible for full refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the reservation will be eligible for 1/2 of the rental charge refund. No money is refunded if cancellation is received less than (thirty) days prior to arrival date.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
