Awesome ski in/ski out SUITE!
This is a roomy 800 sq ft suite with great access to all Village amenities and restaurants less than 5 minute walk. The unit is Ski/in Ski/Out located on The Knoll for maximum skiing convenience. Furnishings will be updated on/before September, 2006. Also, you have a full heated ski locker for storing all gear, skis, and boards. No need to drag anything into the suite. Relax with a nice Apres ski hot tub right outside your door. The suite is also a short walk to tube town and the skating pond. All in all, a great value for your dollar!

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The unit is completely Ski/In Ski/Out. No need to walk or drive. Ski right to the lifts from your backdoor.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to The Village is a short five minutes and they have several restaurant and shopping options. However, the city of Vernon is twenty minutes away and Kelowna being approximately one hour away. There are significantly more dining and shopping options in both of those cities.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
