Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Note: Hot Tub is NOT available in the summer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 50.00 per pet will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
