  • Security Safe / Locked Storage Provided. The good sized locker for up to 7 sets of skis and poles and even two snowboards is located right at the front door. Absolutely no equipment is allowed within the unit. If neighbours and/or staff see skis & snowboards brought into the unit your damage deposit will not be returned. Boots of course are fine.

  • The kitchen in this condo is fully equipped to suit your needs. It comes with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and glassware, as well as a hand held blender, for your favourite cocktails. Large plastic glasses are provided for the hot tub. There is a crock pot and lots of cookware, bowls, a pasta pot, and a tap mounted water purifier. It has it all!

    Master Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large Master Bedroom with two night tables, large dresser and large closet, with cheater door to ensuite bathroom. Bedroom has three sets of windows, desk and the computer, Internet (dial up), printer, portable phone and DVD, CD, TV. It is also equipped with a down filled duvet, and all the bedrooms and house come with blackout draperies.

    1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This second bedroom has a high quality double mattress with a high quality single mattress. Both have lovely comforters that match. The bedroom has a good sized closet, is right next to the upstairs bath and has two sets of windows. The draperies have total black out lining. It also has a CD, DVD, TV and Nintendo Gamecube with games and a link to connect a GameBoy.
    Living Room
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This sofa-bed is a very high quality mattress as well, and sleeps two as comfortably as the master bedroom mattress. It also has a down filled duvet in the blanket box, and the living area has a fireplace, CD, DVD, TV, movies, books and games. This room also has black out draperies.

    Make no mistake, this unit is in Creekside - a relatively "urban" setting at Silver Star. From the front of the unit and the second floor you can see the mountains and the sunsets and the Silver Queen Lift and run. The windows in the bedrooms face into the mountain behind. It's bright, cheery and the hot tub is set back and fairly private. No Nudity is allowed.

    This two level end unit has its own dedicated parking spot, right at the front door, so bringing groceries & baggage into the unit is easy- with most townhouses you have to go up a full flight of stairs with everything! This unit is two levels. The first level is the entry level with the living/dining, kitchen, deck, hot tub, bath, and laundry. The second level has the Master bedroom, & the second bunk bedroom, & 2nd bathroom has a gorgeous oval window in the tub/shower. Having your own private hot tub, laundry facilities, a stand up shower in the one bath on the main level for after the hot tub is great, parking right at the door, heated front entry flooring, a full size fridge, double sinks, water purifier on the tap, & located right in front of the Silver Queen Lift make this a fantastic deal and location. It is beautifully decorated & is simply & truly magazine material. Telephones are portable. No LD calls, calling cards only.

    • Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. The Kelowna airport is about a 50-55 minute drive from Silver Star. There is a limo/bus transportation system that you can also book. Car rentals are available in the airport as well.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are over 30 World Class Golf Courses in the Okanagan. Check them out on the web.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is about a one minute stroll over to the Silver Queen Lift which will take you to the entire mountain. As well the village is a five minute stroll away from this town home, and therefore you are close to it all but just removed enough for some peace and quiet.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The village has a general store, liquor store, many restaurants and dining, and a town hall eatery. There is a coffee shop, candy shop, clothing, equipment purchase and rentals... the works. And it's just a short stroll away.
    • Lake is located within a 30 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A 30 minute drive will bring you to Lake Okanagan and Lake Kalamalka where there are unlimited things to do. Kayaking, swimming, boating, you name it. If you are visiting Silver Star in summer Lake Kalamalka and Lake Okanagan are close by and there are rentals and public parking and swimming available to all.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

    PLEASE NOTE: To book this unit, payment of either 50% of the entire rental amount due, + the security/damage deposit of $500 is required to book the unit FIRM, ASAP & preferably within 7 days. Only the 'remaining' 50% still due, can be paid 1 month prior to the arrival date, or if you prefer, you can make full payment of the full rental amount due, + the security/damage deposit of $500 ASAP & within 7 days of booking, & this may be extended if you request such. Payment of 50% of the rental amount due, + the security/damage deposit, or the full balance due, + the security/damage deposit must be paid within 7 days for your booking to be FIRM. Thanks!

    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
