True ski in/ski out. After a hard day of skiing, it's nice to be able to ski to your back door without any walking at all. Be careful to slow down so you don't ski into your living room. Less than 5 minutes to the village. Steps to the Alpine Meadows Chair and the best place to ski when there is fresh powder.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
