Spacious chalet that has the best ski in and ski out!

True ski in/ski out. After a hard day of skiing, it's nice to be able to ski to your back door without any walking at all. Be careful to slow down so you don't ski into your living room. Less than 5 minutes to the village. Steps to the Alpine Meadows Chair and the best place to ski when there is fresh powder. This chalet can accomodate 14 people, so it's great for families vacationing together. It has a well equipped, spacious kitchen, a BBQ on the deck, and outdoor parking for 4 vehicles. The high ceiling in the living room makes it especially bright and spacious.

This kitchen is more spacious than most vacation home kitchens. It is combined with the dining room and livingroom area, and therefore is great for the chefs(s) who like to be part of the activities while they cook. And the view towards the ski hill is wonderful. Dishwasher and dishwashing soap supplied, as are foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, kitchen towels, coffee filters, garbage bags. There are many spices supplied, as well as salt and pepper. Plastic glasses (and wine glasses) for hot tub use are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with a knife block, coffee grinder, measuring cup and spoons, wine glasses, 2 toasters, mixing bowls, large strainers, serving spoons, cutting boards, whisk, cookie sheets, steak knives, potatoe masher, garlic press, cork screws, kitchen scissors, tongs, roasting pan, cheese graters, peelers, spatulas, multiple frying pans, oven mitts, two kettles and three stock pots.

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). There is a large dresser in the room and two end table with two drawers each. There is a table lamp and two alarm clocks. There is a closet. This master bedroom has an ensuite. The view from this room is over the road and towards the tube town area, and you can see the skier's bridge. There is an 18" wall mounted television and a VHS player, and a wall mirror.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). There is a dresser in the room and two small end table with two drawers each. There is a table lamp and an alarm clocks. There is a closet. The view from this room is across the road and towards the tube town area, and you can also see the skier's bridge.

2 Double Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). There is a small dresser and a small table lamp. There are a few pegs mounted on the wall for haning clothes on.

2 Double Futon Beds (sleeps 4). There is a 20" in the room, with a coffee table, a VHS player and a DVD/CD player. The room has a view over the road and to the tube town area, in the distance.
Loft
2 Double Futon Beds (sleeps 4). The loft is beside the livingroom area, and leads to the deck with the hot tub. There is a view of the Alpine Meadows chair, and ski runs.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
View
The panoramic view out the livingroom window is of the snow covered Attridge Face, and the bottom station of the Alpine Meadows Chairlift.
More Information
There is a ski room right off the back deck for storing all of your ski gear. It has a shelf, a clothing rod, some pegs and two chairs. There is a ski locker right outside the back door........ The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen are one long room, with a view to the Attridge face of the mountain...... The diningroom has a large wood table and 8 chairs. There is an eating bar beside it........ The livingroom has modern decor, with a hardwood floor, leather couch, loveseat and chair. The room has a high ceiling and lots of windows. There is a cosy gas fireplace, and large wood coffee table (which holds books for children and grown-ups), a floor lamp and a large wood entertainment centre that holds the TV, CD player, DVD player, and speakers....... Beside the livingroom is a carpeted area with a bench, for skiers to get ready when heading out to ski. The 'equipment room' is right beside it.

• Kelowna Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Located steps from the new Alpine Meadows Chair (which is replacing the Mid-Bar). True ski in/ ski out location. There are three different routes to ski in to the unit, and you literally can ski onto the back porch.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This is a wonderful location with it's access to the village, as it is just a 5 minute walk along the road. There you can access restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and events easily. There is a small grocery store in the village area, that carries most common items.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
