Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Deposit cheques must be received within 7 days to confirm reservation - minimum of 25% deposit of total rental due - non refundable. Balance of full payment must be received by owner 45 days prior to arrival - this can be included as a post-dated cheque to accompany the deposit or please allow 7 days for mailing if posted at a later date. Cancellations less than 45 days prior are non refundable unless the unit is re-rented for the reserved time.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
