Codes for the common areas including hot tub, shared laundry, and lockers will be provided upon arrival as well.

The kitchen in this condo is fully equipped to suit your needs. It comes with all the necessary kitchenware to ensure your stay is comfortable. Basic spices for your cooking are provided. Large plastic glasses are provided for your use while in the hot tub.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom includes a quality mattress with a lovely warm quilt and extra duvet if necessary. Includes 2 bedside lamps, 2 night tables, an alarm clock and a large closet. The windows have both curtains and blinds. Access to the main bathroom on the one side of the room and to the living room on the other.

Bedroom

1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom is very spacious and includes great country style quilts as well as extra duvets if you need them. It also includes a large chest of drawers and a sizable closet to hang your clothes. The room also has an individual heat control.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The very spacious queen size sofa bed in the living room can conveniently become a bed in seconds. It sleeps 2 very comfortably (or 3 kids if necessary). Extra pillows, sheets and duvets can be found in the bedroom closet. The room has blinds as well as curtains, a cozy fireplace and its own heat control.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The unit faces south with lots of sun light in the morning and afternoon. Enjoy a quiet evening on your private deck or use the shared hot tub!

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Ski out: 1 minute walk to the Silver Queen chair. Ski directly to your condo from any of the Attridge Runs, The Alpine Meadows Chair or from the Mid Station at The Summit Chair via the ski overpass.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Experience the Victorian charm of the Silver Star village where you can find great shopping, an Internet cafe, deli, grocery store, movie rentals, pubs, wine bars, ski servicing and rentals. Lift tickets and trail maps can be purchased at the village centre. There is also a resort shuttle that is available from Creekside to the village, runs every 20 minutes and is free of charge!
• Nearby Attractions: If you have a car, you can drive 15 minutes to Vernon and enjoy the lakes, great dining and shopping for the day/evening. Great restaurants and cafes await you there. Kelowna is about 40 minutes away and has additional recreational activities by the lakes for the summer. You can visit lake Kalamalka and Lake Okanagan amongst others. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Longer term rental rules to be discussed upon inquiry. 15% discount will be applied for weekly stays.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
