Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you want to pay with credit card we will email you with an invoice which will include a PayPal link. There is a 3% charge for this PayPal service.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
