Newly expanded 2-bedroom / 2 bathroom suite with hot tub under the stars
This home is newly renovated (2007) with all the amenities needed for a relaxing ski holiday. This home is built with the family in mind. It has a great bedroom for the kids and their friends (this room can sleep 5). The family-sized shower has two heads, heated tiles and is easily accessible from the hot tub. The "great" room includes a full kitchen and the living space has a new pullout couch and club chairs as well as a expandable, eight person dining table. The TV is wall-mounted above a cozy fireplace. The hot tub is set amongst snow covered trees - perfect for your apres ski dip.
The unit is set on the Silver Star Knoll.

There are 4 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The closest access point is three doors down from our home. The ski access back is directly across from the driveway.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 20 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Personal Cheque.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
