    • The kitchen in this Executive Suite is fully equipped to suit your needs, and it has stunning granite countertops and antiqued cabinets, with top of the line appliances. It comes with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and glassware, spices, as well as a blender, for your favourite cocktails. Large plastic glasses are provided for the hot tub. There is a crockpot and recipe book, and lots of cookware, bowls, a pasta pot and a toaster oven for baking small meals for just two. You can entertain up to eight guests easily in this home, with a view second to none.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a super high quality mattress and box spring, with a lovely duvet and extra blankets in the closet if you wish, two bedside tables, with lamps, alarm clock, and a chest of drawers. There are three closets in this bedroom and they are large, with lots of heavy duty hangers for hanging clothes. The bedroom has black out mini blinds. It has it's own separate heat as well. This lovely bedroom is quiet and very private.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    This unit has a beautiful view day and night of the stunning Monashee Mountain Range, facing south with tons of natural light. A great advantage is you are so close to all the fun, and yet this unit provides privacy and quiet. This home is ground level entry. So it's very convenient to take a hot tub or drop off or pick up your skis or boards, or to do laundry! You can park just in front of the unit or in the garage, so lugging groceries and equipment in and out, is a breeze!

Half of the drive is from Kelowna airport to Vernon and the other half is up to the mountain resort. Basic instructions would be to take HWY 97 North directly out of the Kelowna airport, a right turn at the lights. Proceed to Vernon and through the city, then look for Silver Star Road, just past Safeway and the Prestige Inn, taking a right turn there as well. This takes you to the resort and up the mountain, where you then upon entering the village turn right onto Monashee Road, continue up and through the gates and around the loop until you come to Atteridge Lane.
    • Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Shuttle. Silver Star Mountain Resort offers a FREE shuttle that runs approximately every 20 minutes from the Village, to the Knoll, and to Creekside. Many people find it highly convenient to take the Silver Star Free Shuttle to and from the village.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). You can catch the shuttle and be in the village in minutes to dine, shop or pick up groceries. The walk is only about 10 minutes. Shopping in the town of Vernon is about 25 minutes by car.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Full payment of the rental balance owing, or 1/2 of the rental balance owing, (remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival,) ALONG with the security/damage deposit of $500.00 are due and must be paid upon booking and should reach us within 7 days. Your security/damage deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure from the unit(s) should it not be required.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00 CDN/PER DAY!.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
