Location
The kitchen in this Executive Suite is fully equipped to suit your needs. It comes with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and glassware, spices, as well as a blender, for your favourite cocktails. Large plastic glasses are provided for the hot tub. There is a crockpot and recipe book, and lots of cookware, bowls, a pasta pot and a toaster oven for baking small meals. You can entertain up to 8 guests easily in this home, with a view second to none. The kitchen also has a very convenient walk-in pantry for storage of food items etc. The extra fridge/freezer is in this pantry as well.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a super high quality mattress and box spring, with a lovely duvet and extra blankets in the closet if you wish, two bedside tables, with lamp, alarm clock, and a chest of drawers. There is a large closet in this bedroom with lots of heavy duty hangers for hanging clothes. The bedroom has black out mini blinds. It has it's own separate heat as well. This lovely bedroom is quiet and very private. The bath is en suite to this bedroom.
Bedroom

2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This third bedroom is located near the front hall entry and is perfect for young teenagers or kids. It allows them to come home at a different hour and not disturb the other occupants of the suite. There are two bunk beds, all singles, with an upper and lower bunk. There is a double chest of drawers and an alarm clock. This room has pegs on the wall only for hanging clothes and it is very suitable to young adults or teenagers or young children. Please be aware that the ladders must be used when utilizing the bunks.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Full payment of the rental balance owing, or 1/2 of the rental balance owing, (remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival,) ALONG with the security/damage deposit of $500.00 are due and must be paid upon booking and should reach us within 7 days. Your security/damage deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure from the unit(s) should it not be required. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
